【摘要】 改革开放以来,外商直接投资大规模进入中国,对促进我国国民经济的快速发展起到了十分积极的作用。但是,由于外商直接投资的双重作用和双重效应,在吸引外商直接投资的同时我们一定要对其规模和结构进行控制,预测其适度规模和趋势规模。同时,对目前因外商直接投资过度增长已经引起的总体规模安全、能源安全、产业安全、技术安全、金融安全等问题高度重视并采取相应措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Foreign direct investment is attracted into China in a large scale China’s reform and opening up,which plays a positive role in promoting rapid economic development of China.However,as the dual role and double effect of foreign direct investment,we must control its scale and structure and forecast its appropriate size and scale of the trend in attracting foreign investment.Meanwhile,We must attach great importance to the issues and take corresponding measures to the overall size security,energy security,industrial security,technology security,financial security due to the excessive growth of current foreign direct investment.更多还原
