可持续发展与和谐社会是过程与状态的统一
Sustainable Development and Harmonious Society Are Unification of the Process and the State
【摘要】 可持续发展是过程与状态的统一,没有社会的和谐状态,就不会有可持续发展的过程。要通过全球社会利益机制的变革,使社会进入可持续发展的和谐状态。
【Abstract】 Sustainable development and harmonious society are unification of the process and the state.If there is no social harmory,there will have no sustainble development.Only when the global social benefit mechanism is transformed,can the society enterinto the harmonious and sustainable development state.
