【Abstract】 Zhejiang is a province with great garment production and it has talents cultivation organizations of garment speciality with different levels. As higher vocational education among these, one should not only con-sider the commonness of the specialty but also pay attention to the close relationship with regional culture. This paper puts forward following suggestions on talents cultivation pattern of garment specialty in vocational col-lege. The first is to grasp business information timely and exactly.
