【摘要】 为寻找高产琼胶酶的微生物新资源,促进琼胶低聚糖的研究与开发,本研究自多个土壤样品中进行微生物的分离,借助于卢戈氏碘液染色法进行琼胶酶生产菌的筛选,通过DNS-还原糖测定比较不同微生物的产酶特性,克隆、分析细菌的16S rRNA基因序列进行分子鉴定。最后得到1株胞外琼胶酶活性较高的土壤细菌,鉴定至Paenibacillus属,命名为MY03菌株;分子鉴定表明Paenibacillus sp. MY03是产琼胶酶细菌家族中的新成员。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to promote the research and exploitation of agar-derived oligosaccharides,soil microbe were isolated and screened for new agarase-producing bacterial resources.By employing the 16S rRNA gene method,an isolate named MY03 has been identified to be a member of the Paenibacillus group.The Paenibacillus sp.MY03 was also a new member of the agarase-producing bacterial family,according to the molecular characterization in this study.更多还原
