振荡法提高浮选选择性的作用机理
The mechanism of oscillating flotation to improve selectivity
【摘要】 根据振动分散原理,当矿化气泡聚合体通过振荡区域时将被分散为单泡上浮,被夹带的亲水性矿粒失去依托,在振动惯性力作用下落入矿浆,从而减轻夹带污染.此外,当波动的上升流束进入振荡区域时,通过动量交换,上升流束将迅速被水平振荡的主流“同化”为水平流动,从而稳定泡沫层,提高了浮选选择性.从浮选热力学和流体动力学角度讨论了振荡对矿粒脱附的影响和不同性质矿粒脱附的临界干扰强度.理论分析和计算表明,当振动强度为4g时,非选择性附着的亲水性矿粒将脱落,而浮选的疏水性煤粒不受影响.
【Abstract】 Based on the principle of vibrating dispersion,when the bubble clusters going through the vibrating area,they will be separated into independent bubbles acting on the effect of vibration.The hydrophilic particles entrained by mechanical entrainment and non-selective adhesion will dissociate and move into the pulp under the effect of proper vibration inertial force,thus improving the flotation selectivity.In addition,on the basis of momentum theory,the horizontal alternating flow of the oscillation layer plays a steady role for the random upward current in the flotation cell and suppresses impact of the upward current to the froth layer,thus intensifying the enrichment effect of the froth layer.It was discussed that the influence of vibrating on the particle-bubble detachment from two aspects of flotation thermodynamics and hydrokinetics.According to the theoretical analysis and computation made to the critical disturbance intensity of different mineral particles,when the vibration intensity is 4g,the hydrophilic non-selective adhered mineral particles easily fall off,while the hydrophobic coal particles have no influence.
