掘进机回转液压系统的功率键合图绘制与仿真

【摘要】 研究并采用功率键合图的方法建立了掘进机回转液压系统的动态模型,根据掘进机回转液压系统的实际工作情况建立了两种状态的功率键合图:一是油缸带缓冲装置的动态模型,二是溢流缓冲的动态模型;利用Simulink建立了动态模型并进行了仿真,结果表明仿真效果良好,为掘进机回转液压系统的设计提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 The power linkage map method was researched and applied to establish a dynamic model of rotary hydraulic system for the mine roadheader.According to the actual operation conditions of the rotary system in the roadheader,two performances of the power linkage maps were established.One is the dynamic model with a hydraulic cylinder buffer device and the other is a dynamic model with a overflow buffer.A simulation was conducted for the dynamic model with the simulak.The resuhs showed that the simulation results were good, which could provide the theoretical references to the design of the rotary hydraulic system for the mine roadheader.
