液相流离心泵边界层的摄动分析

【摘要】 根据流体力学的基本理论对液相流离心泵边界层进行了分析,并将其流场简化为二维不可压缩定常流动,在边界层坐标系下,建立了离心泵边界层的微分方程。在考虑离心力的情况下,采用奇异摄动法推导出离心泵叶片的边界层方程,并给出了边界条件,并在此基础上定性地讨论了边界层分离点的确定,这些将为离心泵边界层的进一步分析奠定了理论基础。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the boundary layer on liquid phase fluid centrifugal pump is analysed according to the basic theory of the mechanics of fluids and the flow field is simplified steady flow of two dimensions not-compressed,and the differential equations of boundary layer on centrifugal pump are builded in the coordinate system of boundary layer.Then considering the centrifugal force,boundary layer equations of vanes in centrifugal pumps are concluded by the method of singular perturbation and their conditions of boundary layer are given,and on the basis of above conditions the determination of separation point about boundary layer is discussed qualitativly.These will be the theoretical basis of further analysis of the boundary layer on centrifugal pumps.
