【摘要】 目的:探讨与聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳物取出术相关的问题。方法:选择手术适应证,按术前定位进行彻底的清除和冲洗。结果:21例患者均取得了良好的治疗效果。结论:聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳物取出的问题应因人而异,在尽量清除注射物和保护正常组织的原则下,采用手术取出注射物加腔内反复冲洗的方法,效果肯定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the issues related to surgical removes of polyacrylamide hydrogel injection for augmentation mammaplasty. Methods Based on indications and positions to located before opration, the polyacrylamide hydrogel injections were removed and irrigated out thoroughly. Results 21 patients underwent the surgical removes and satisfied with efficacy. Conclusion Even though the issues relateing to removes of polyacrylamide hydrogel injection for augmentation mammaplasty were complicated, maximum remove of injections and minimum injuries to normal tissue were recommended. It’s effective to repeatedly irrigate the cavity of implates after surgical removes.更多还原
