丹参纳米银复合材料的生物安全性研究
Study on the bio-safety of a salvia miltiorrhiza/nano-silver composite
【摘要】 目的:研究丹参纳米银复合材料(Salvia Miltiorrhiza/Nano-Silver Composite)的生物安全性。方法:通过无菌试验、热原试验、皮肤刺激试验、皮内刺激试验、全身急性毒性试验及SD大鼠对该材料中银的吸收、代谢情况对自制的丹参纳米银复合材料进行生物安全性评价。结果:丹参纳米银复合材料无菌、无热原、无刺激、无明显急性毒性,且机体对纳米银的吸收比对经典创面抗感染药磺胺嘧啶银少。结论:丹参纳米银复合材料作为创面修复材料具有良好的生物安全性。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the bio-safety of a salvia miltiorrhiza/nano-silver composite. Methods The sterility, pyrogen, skin irritation, subcutaneous, systemic acute toxicity tests were used to evaluate the bio-safety of salvia miltiorrhiza/nano-silver composite. In addition, silver content in tissues and the whole blood of SD rats cured by this composite was also determined. Results The salvia miltiorrhiza/nano-silver composite was sterility and no pyretogen. It had no irritation and systemic acute toxicity. In addition, silver content in tissues and the whole blood of SD rats cured by this composite was lower than that cured by sulfadiazine silver. Conclusion The salvia miltiorrhiza/nano-silver composite has a good bio-safety as a wound dressing.
