【摘要】 目的:观察外用的人生长素(HGH修复精华素)对扩张皮瓣的作用。方法:设计双盲实验。选用20例瘢痕患者于其身体对称位置埋置相同型号扩张器共40个,左侧为涂抹重组人生长素溶液的试验组,右侧为涂抹其空白溶液的对照组。观察皮瓣的厚度、生物力学特性、对比组织切片弹力纤维、胶原纤维的形态和含量,测量皮瓣毛细血管密度、处于增殖期细胞的含量。结果:实验组与对照组皮瓣厚度无明显差异,实验组应力-松弛特性、断裂强度、毛细血管密度、增殖期细胞含量高于对照组,实验组弹力纤维、胶原纤维排列整齐、断裂较少。结论:人生长素可以制成产品无创给药,提高扩张皮瓣的质量,减少并发症,有望作为一种组织扩张过程中的辅助用药广泛应用于临床。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of the regional application of regenerated human growth hormone( HGH regenerating element) on expanded skin flap. Methods The investigation was a double blind experiment. Forty cases were involved. The dilators were placed in whose body’s symmetrical part. HGH solution was laid on the expanded flap on left side as experimental group and it’s blank solvent was laid on the right side as control group. Investigate the biomechanical changes and the thickness of the expanded flaps. The capillary density and the content of the growing base-cells of the two groups were compared. The formation and application of the collagen fibers and elastic fibers were observed. Results There was no significant difference in the thickness of the two groups. The histological experiment and the immunohistochemistry analysis showed that the capillary density and the proliferation of the epidemic basal cells increased obviously. Experimental group has superior stress-relaxation and the breaking load characters. There were more regular aligned collagen fibers and elastic fibers in the dermis. Conclusion HGH regenerating element can improve the quality of the skin flap and be applied without traumatism. It can be applied widely clinically as an adjuvant agent during the process of the tissue expanding.更多还原
