【摘要】 目的:为临近口角处红唇缺损修复、恢复良好形态和功能提供一种可靠的手术方法。方法:据唇红组织缺失大小,设计蒂在同侧口角的颊肌粘膜瓣旋转至红唇缺损部位,颊肌粘膜瓣供区直接拉拢缝合,术后不需二期断蒂。结果:2003年以来,采用本术式共治疗上下唇近临口角处红唇缺损12例,随访3个月～2年,所有颊肌粘膜瓣全部成活,修复后的红唇形态及感觉良好。结论:蒂在口角的颊肌粘膜瓣含有知名血管,血运丰富,组织丰厚,为同侧临近口角处红唇缺损修复提供了较为理想的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To seek a reliable surgical approach for repairment of vermilion defects close to mouth angle and restoration of good appearance and function. Methods On the basis of the size of the defects,the buccal myomucosal flap pedicled from the mouth angle of the same side was designed and rotated to repair the vermilion defects,the donor site was directly closed. This method did not require secondary pedicle sever. Results The approach was used to treat 12 case with upper and lower vermilion defects close to mouth angle,the follow-up ranged 3 months to 2 years,all buccal myomucosal flap survived. The repaired vermilion had good appearance and sensation. Conclusion The buccal myomucosal flap pedicled from the mouth angle of the same side possesses confirmed blood vessels with good blood supply and adequate soft tissues,this provides a ideal approach for treatment of repairment of vermilion defects close to mouth angle.更多还原
