一批引进法国小麦种质材料的抗病性、农艺性状及HMW-GS组成分析

【摘要】 为了挖掘和拓展新的种质资源,对引进的89个法国小麦种质材料的农艺性状、抗病性和HMW-GS组成进行了研究。结果表明,在这些种质材料中,株高≤80 cm的有67份,占材料总数的75.3%;小穗数>12个的有58份,占材料总数的65.2%;穗粒数≥34粒的有23份,占材料总数的25.8%;千粒重>42 g的有68份,占材料总数的76.5%。对白粉病表现免疫、高抗和中抗的分别有8份、9份、23份,占材料总数的9.0%、10.1%、25.8%。对条锈病表现免疫(或近免疫)、高抗和中抗的分别为34份、8份、24份,占材料总数的38.2%、9.0%、27.0%。HMW-GS组成分析表明,该批材料HMW-GS类型和组成较为丰富,优质亚基如2*、17+18、5+10出现的频率较高。最后筛选出综合农艺性状较好、抗病性强的材料8份和HMW-GS组成优异的材料7份,这些材料可作为中国小麦品质改良和抗病育种的优异种质加以利用。

【Abstract】 To explore new wheat germplasm,the agronomic traits,disease resistance and HMW-GS components of 89 France wheat germplasm were evaluated.The results showed that,among the 89 wheat germplasm evaluated,67 germplasm with plant height less than 80 cm accounted for 75.3%,58 germplasn,with spikelet per spike more than 12,accounted for 65.2%,23 germplasm with kernels per spike less than 34,accounted for 25.80%,68 germplasm with 1000-grain weight more than 42 g,accounted for 76.50%.8,9 and 23 germplasm with immune,high resistance and middle resistance to powder mildew,accounted for 9.0%,10.0% and 25.8%;34,8 and 24 germplasm with immune,high resistance and middle resistance to stripe rust accounted for 38.2%,9.0% and 27.0%.The types and components of HMW-GS were rich in those germplasm.The frequencies of quality submits of 2* ,17+18,5+10 were high.8 germplasm with better agronomic traits and disease resistance,7 germplasm with quality submits of HMW-GS were screened and could be used for the improvement of disease resistance and quality of Chinese wheat.
