中国部分冬、春小麦品种(系)1BL/1RS易位系的A-PAGE检测

【摘要】 为了在春小麦品质育种中合理利用种质资源,采用酸性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(A-PAGE)对来自中国部分冬、春麦区的106份小麦品种和132份品系进行1BL/1RS易位系检测。结果表明,供试材料中共有63份为1BL/1RS易位系,频率为26.5%。其中106份品种中30份为1BL/1RS易位系,占供试品种的28.3%,且不同麦区之间1BL/1RS易位品种的频率不同。东北春麦区未发现1BL/1RS品种;西北春麦区和新疆冬春麦区易位系频率较高,均为50%;北部春麦区和青藏高原冬春麦区易位系频率较低,分别为16%和25%;冬麦区1BL/1RS易位系频率也较高(44%)。132份品系中,33份品系为1BL/1RS易位系,占供试品系的25%。

【Abstract】 To effectively utilize the genetic resource in breeding of quality spring wheat,the 1BL/1RS translocation lines among 106 wheat cultivars and 132 lines,which were selected by their agronomic performance,were detected by A-PAGE.The results showed that 63 wheat genotypes were 1BL/1RS translocation lines with the frequency of 26.5%.Thirty cultivars were 1BL/1RS translocation among 106 wheat cultivars,which were 28.3% of these cultivars.The frequencies of 1BL/1RS translocation lines were different among ecological zones,there were no 1BL/1RS cultivars in Northeastern Spring Wheat Zone.The frequency of 1BL/1RS lines was 50% in both Northwestern Spring Wheat Zone and Xinjiang Winter-Spring Wheat Zone,16% in Northern Spring Wheat Zone,25% in Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau Soring-Winter Wheat Zone,and 44% in Winter Wheat Zone.Thirty-three lines contained 1BL/1RS in 132 tested wheat lines,which was 25%.
