聚丙烯酸钠荷负电膜的制备及分离特性研究

【摘要】 采用含浸法制备聚丙烯酸钠荷负电超滤膜,研究了聚丙烯酸钠含量、含浸时间、交联剂、乙酸和乙醇加入量等因素对膜性能的影响,利用红外光谱分析膜组成变化,获得制备聚丙烯酸钠荷电膜的合适条件.研究结果表明,实验制备得到的荷负电膜引入了羧基基团,膜的透过率影响较少,而截留率比未改性膜提高了9倍,由9.23%增加到89.02%.

【Abstract】 The polyacrylic sodium charged membrane was prepared under different experimental conditions.The effects of the contents of polyacrylic sodium,crosslinking agent,acetic acid and ethanol,and the dip-coating time on the membrane performances were investigated.It is shown that carboxyl group is introduced into the charged membrane by infra-red spectrum,and the modified membrane rejection has significant increase from 9.23% to 89.02% while the membrane flux has only slight decrease.
