基于有限元方法圆柱电磁齿轮的研究

【摘要】 采用ANSYS有限元软件对一对圆柱电磁齿轮进行分析与计算,绘制出电磁齿轮的磁场强度和磁通密度沿各爪极轴向分布曲线,并以此为理论依据设计试制出一台圆柱电磁齿轮减速器。

【Abstract】 The analysis and calculation of cylindrical electromagnetic gear are done according to the application of ANSYS software.The magnetic intensity and the magnetic flux density curves along axial direction are also drawn.On the basis of the curves,the cylindrical electromagnetic gear decelerator is designed and trial-produced.
