液黏离合器中转矩调节方法分析与探讨
Analysis and Study on Methods of Adjustment of Shearing Torque in Liquid Viscous Couplings
【摘要】 在阐述液体黏性传动技术的基础上,对油膜形状和形成方法进行总结,对现有液黏离合器、硅油风扇离合器、硅油离合器的转矩调节方法进行了对比分析,结合离心加载技术提出了一种新型的硅油离合器设计构想,并对其传动转矩进行了理论计算。
【Abstract】 Compares the methods of different forms of adjustment of shearing torque in liquid viscous couplings at present,based on the elaboration of liquid viscous transmission technology.These couplings include liquid viscous coupling,silicon oil coupling and so on.Presents a new designing idea of silicon oil coupling and calculates the shearing torque of it in theory.
