后保险杠护套的工艺方案优化及模具设计
Process Optimization and Die Design for the Sheath of Back Bumper
【摘要】 结合后保险杠护套工艺难点及特征,采用经验设计和数值模拟相结合的方法,建立有限元模型,同时逐步分析落料、成形及切边各工序,确定合理的冲压工艺方案。
【Abstract】 In view of the sheath of the back bumper process difficulty and characteristics, and combining experience design with numerical simulation, the finite element model was built, and its working procedures were analyzed one by one, which include blank-piercing, forming and trimming.and the reasonable process was determined.
