基于UG的关联技术在注射模成型零部件设计中的应用
Application of UG-based associated technology in design of injection mould forming parts
【摘要】 通过对注射模设计过程的分析,阐述了关联设计技术在注射模CAD系统中应用的必要性。结合UG提供的二次开发平台,详述了关联设计的方法及其实现过程,探讨了其在注射模成型零部件设计中的应用,实现了设计过程中的联动修改,提高了模具设计效率和再设计能力。
【Abstract】 The necessity of applying associated design method in the CAD system for plastic injection moulds was first explained,then the associated design methods and prcedure based on UG platform were discussed in detail.With the adoption of associated technology,the interlinked modification during the design process can be achieved and the design efficiency and redesign ability be enhanced.
