【摘要】 以荫罩焊接模凸模为例介绍了逆向工程的一般过程,采用三坐标测量机进行了实体的数字化过程,使用Pro/E进行了荫罩的3D建模和曲面重构,完成了荫罩焊接模凸模设计,并用Mastercam进行了荫罩焊接模凸模的加工模拟,最后安排工艺流程完成了荫罩焊接模凸模的实际加工。更多还原

【Abstract】 The general process of reverse engineering for the punch block of a welding die for shadow mask was stated,including the digitization process of solid mass by using three-dimensional measuring machine,the 3D modeling and surface reconstruction by using Pro/E.The design of the punch block was carried out and the machining was simulated by Mastercam.Then the technological procedure was prepared for the actual manufacturing.更多还原
