【Abstract】 Non-idealities of switched-capacitor(SC) Σ-Δ modulator,such as sampling jitter,kT/C noise and operational amplifier noise,were analyzed.Models for these noises were established,and a second-order colored noise and a fourth-order white noise SC Σ-Δ modulator were constructed based on its noise model.Simulation results demonstrate the validity of these noise models.And parameters of the Σ-Δ modulator are practically described in circuits based on those models.更多还原
