焦炭热性质的影响因素分析
Research Progress of Factors Influencing Coke Thermal Properties
【摘要】 结合焦炭在高炉内的降解过程,综述了近年来焦炭热性质影响因素的研究进展,其中包括:原料煤性质、煤中矿物质、高炉内矿物质、焦炭光学组织结构、焦炭气孔结构等,指出焦炭热性质研究的重点是如何降低焦炭反应性和提高焦炭的反应后强度。
【Abstract】 Incorporating coke decomposition process in blast-furnace,the recent research work on factors influencing coke thermal properties was reviewed.These factors include coal properties,mineral matters in coal and in blast furnace,coke optical texture structures,coke pore structures etc.It is concluded that the research should be focused on decreasing coke reactivity and increasing coke strength after reaction in order to improve coke thermal properties.
