以制度规范学生的行为 用活动培养学生的能力——谈高职班班主任管理工作的几点做法
Some Management Practices of the Teacher in Charge of a Class in Higher Vocational Education
【摘要】 根据作者做班主任工作的经验,从建好班级基层组织、加强与学生的沟通、细化和量化制度管理和通过活动培养学生的能力等四个方面,介绍了做高职班班主任工作的具体做法。
【Abstract】 According to the work experience of the teacher in charge of a class in higher vocational education,the writer introduces four practices as following: 1.establishing good class organizations;2.often heart-to-heart talking with the students;3.quantitatively checking on the students;4.developing the students’ ability by activities.
