【摘要】 对含双活性基团的SW型活性染料在羊毛织物上的染色性能进行了研究。通过实验讨论了染浴pH值、染色温度、时间、平平加O等因素对染色性能的影响,并对染料的相容性作了初步的探讨,优化选择出了合理的工艺条件。结果表明:调节染浴pH值在羊毛等电点4.5左右,温度90℃左右,染色45 min,平平加O 1 g/L下SW型活性染料对羊毛织物具有较高的固色率及较好的匀染性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The dyeing properties of SW type reactive dyes containing double functional group was researched in the use of wool in this paper.Influences of some factors such as dyeing pH value,dyeing temperature and time,dosage of Peregal O were discussed.The compatibility of SW reactive dyes was evaluated.An optimum dyeing condition was recommended.The results showed that dyeing pH value was about 4.5,the dyeing temperature was about 90 ℃,the dyeing time was 45 minutes,the dosage of Peregal O was 1 g/L.The dye-fixing percentage,colur fastness and level dyeing property were good.更多还原
