【摘要】 为了研究大麻竹纤维混纺弹力纱的可纺性,根据原料特性,以大麻/竹纤维55/4527.8tex混纺弹力纱为例,介绍了纺纱工艺流程、主要工艺参数及关键措施。提出大麻纤维要加适量柔软剂进行养生处理;因两种纤维性能差异较大,采用条混工艺,并在细纱机上安装弹力丝喂入机构;通过各工序的合理配置,最终成纱质量良好,达到设计要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 To research the spinnability of hemp bamboo fiber blended elastic yarn,take hemp/bamboo fiber 55/45 27.8 tex as an example,spinning processing circulation,main processing parameters and key measures were introduced,the practice shows that hemp fiber needs treatment by softing agent,slivering blending should be adopted for the big difference between hemp and bamboo fiber,adding polyurethane fiber feeding mechanism in spinning frame and adopting reasonable configuration,yarn quality is better,and it can reach design demands.更多还原
