应力波反射法用于检测预应力锚杆锚固参数初探
Elementary Study of Detection Prestress Bolt Anchor Parameter by Stress Wave Reflect
【摘要】 随着锚杆支护在煤矿巷道中的广泛应用,锚杆支护施工质量引起的垮巷冒顶事故时常发生,因此,锚杆锚固工程质量无损、动态检测理论和技术研究已成为工程界迫切需要解决的问题。首先建立了预应力锚杆纵向振动的力学模型,然后通过理论研究分析了应力波在锚固段的反射、透射规律。现场检测表明:采用应力波反射法检测预应力锚杆的锚固开始位置是非常准确的,锚固长度的检测受巷道围岩条件、施工机具、搅拌时间、人员素质的影响极大,准确率较低,应在今后的工作中继续加强锚固长度方面研究。
【Abstract】 With extensive application of mine roadway bolting support,roof caving often occurs for the constructed quality of bolting support.So,the study of new technologies and dynamic testing theory for bolt anchoring quality has become an urgent solved problems for engineering.Firstly,the vertical vibration theory models is established.Then,both reflected law and transmissive law are revealed thnough academic research.Field test showed that it is very accurate that stress wave method detects the anchoring position of prestressed bolt.But,the accuracy rate of anchored length is very low due to the influence of the surrounding rock conditions,construction machinery,stirring time and personnel quality.In the future,the study of anchored length should be continued.
