【摘要】 目的:观察苦参素、放射治疗联合应用对人卵巢癌细胞HO8910体外活性的影响。方法:MTT显色法检测不同组别对HO8910细胞的生长抑制作用;倒置显微镜观察细胞结构改变。结果:在苦参素、放射治疗及二者联合作用下均能抑制HO8910细胞生长,二者联合作用下抑制HO8910细胞生长作用更明显。结论:苦参素、放射治疗二者联合应用对人卵巢癌HO8910细胞体外生长有协同抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect induced by oxymatrine alone and combinated with radiation on human ovarian carcinoma cell line HO8910.Methods:HO8910 cell line was treated by oxymatrine or radiation or both ceIl proliferation was evaluated by MTT assay.Cell morphologicchallges were examined using 1ight microscrope.Results:MTT assay showed that inhibited human ovarian careinoma HO8910 cells growth by oxymatrine alone and combinated with radiation. When treatment with combination of oxymatrine and radiation the inhibitory effect on proliferation,the inhibitory effect of proliferation were markedly enhanced.Conclusion:oxymatrine combinated with radiation can significantly cooperating inhibit HO8910 cells growth in vitro.更多还原
