【Abstract】 This paper described principles and applications of the resistograph testing technique for wood.It was found that some applications of this technique used in foreign countries were for evaluating inner decay of wood and estimating the density of live trees and wood based panels.A comparative evaluation of drill resistance profiles and X-ray density charts was also explained in this paper.Chinese researchers used the resistograph to check the properties of wood members in ancient architecture and that data was included in this paper.更多还原
