【摘要】 目的观察婴幼儿肺炎支原体肺炎的发病状况及其临床表现。方法采用间接血凝集法对132例住院的婴幼儿肺炎进行特异性MP-IgM检测。结果132例中MP-IgM阳性51例,阳性率为38.6%,21.4%混有细菌和病毒感染,其中发热35例,咳嗽48例,喘憋24例,肺部干性口罗音47例,湿性口罗音36例。X线呈点斑状阴影改变34例,间质性肺炎改变8例,大叶性肺炎改变4例,云絮状改变2例,两侧肺门肿块样改变1例,胸腔积液、肺不张2例。肺外损伤7例(13.5%),其中皮肤损害2例,心肌损害2例,胃肠道损害1例,肝脏损害2例。结论肺炎支原体已成为婴幼儿肺炎的常见病原,其临床表现及X线改变与典型的年长儿支原体肺炎有所不同,肺外损伤不少见,部分混有细菌或病毒感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the status and clinical manifestation of the infants mycoplasma pneumonia(MP).Methods One hundred and thirty-two hospitalized MP infants tested MP-IgM in indrect blood coagulate assay.Results MP-IgM of 51 cases were postive in 132 cases,21.4%(6/24)cases infected bacteriaes or virus,thirty-five cases showed fever,fourty-eight cases showed cough,twenty-four cases showed gasp,fourty-seven cases had dry gong sound and 36 cases had wet gong sound.Of those lung appearance on X-ray examination,thirty-four cases were spot shadow,eight cases were interstitial pneumonia change,four cases were lobar pneumonia change,two cases were cloudy change,one case was double lung gate swelling change,two cases were pleural effusion and lobar consolidation.Seven cases(13.5%)had lung exterior injure,of those cases,two cases were skin injure,two cases were cardiac muscle injure,1 case was stomach intestine injure,two cases were liver injure.Conclusion MP iss common pathogen in infant pneumonia.It’s clinic manifestation and X-ray change are different from high-age children,lung exterior injure was common,many of them have virus or bacteriaes infection.更多还原
