【摘要】 采用反相高效液相色谱（RP-HPLC）建立了分别测定和同时测定绿原酸和黄芩甙的两种定量分析方法。分析过程使用Waters 510 HPLC系统,Kromasil C₁₈柱,柱温保持30℃,流动相流速为1 mL/min。最佳分析结果通过对流动相的选择和优化获得。通过对分析方法的评价、对比和应用,结果表明两种分析方法均简单、准确、灵敏,可作为银黄颗粒和银黄口服液中绿原酸和黄芩甙的定量分析方法。比较两种测定方法,分别测定法更加准确和实用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the present study,two RP-HPLC methods were established for separate or simul- taneous determination of chlorogenic acid and baicalin.The assays were performed on a Waters 510 HPLC,Kromasil C₁₈ column with operating temperature of 30℃,and the mobile phase was at the flow-rate of 1mL/min.Optimum analytical result was obtained by selection and opti- mization of mobile phases.The developed methods were evaluated,compared and applied,and proved to be simple,accurate,specific,and useful for quantitative analysis of Yinhuang granule and Yinhuang oral liquid.Furthermore,the method for separate determination was more accu- rate and practical than the method for simultaneous determination.更多还原
