【摘要】 目的:通过观察"治癌灵"及针刺对小鼠荷H22移植性肝癌细胞肝细胞生长因子(HGF)表达的调节作用,探讨该疗法抑制肿瘤的作用是否与抑制肝细胞生长因子的生成有关。方法:于昆明种雄性小鼠前肢右腋皮下接种0.2mLH22肿瘤细胞悬液(浓度为1×107/mL)进行造模。利用造模动物观察瘤块重量,计算肿瘤生长抑制率,用免疫组化法检测瘤细胞中HGF的表达程度。结果:与模型组相比,穴贴组、针刺组、综合组均降低体内瘤组织内HGF蛋白表达水平(P<0.001),显著抑制瘤体生长(P<0.001),综合组优于穴贴组和针刺组。结论:"治癌灵"穴位贴敷及针刺能抑制小鼠荷H22移植性肝癌细胞的生长和控制肿瘤侵袭转移,可降低HGF蛋白表达水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the regulatory effect on expression of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) of Application of Curecancer Plaster Associated with Acupuncture in H22 Liver Cancer Model Mice,and explore whether the inhibition of tumor is related to the inhibition of hepatocyte growth factor. Methods:The Kunming male mice was vaccinated with H22 cells suspension(1×107/ml)0.2mL. Then the observation was made on the weight of the transplanted tumor of the mice, and the inhibitory rate was also calculated. The expression of HGF was determined by the immunohistoche mical method. Results:Compared with the model group,the Xue Tie group, the Acupuncture group and Integration group were come down on the level of expression of HGF significantly(P<0.001). The Acupuncture group and the Integration group were improved apparently .The effect of Integration group is the best of all therapeutic groups. Conclusion: Applying acupoint application of cure-cancer plaster associated with acupuncture had a positive effect on model mice with H22 liver cancer .It could inhibit the growth of tumor and decrease the level of expression of HGF.更多还原
