【摘要】 介绍了成都中医药大学艾儒棣教授治疗痤疮的经验,认为肺胃热盛是痤疮发生的主要病机。无论何种原因引起的痤疮,均有肺胃热盛的病理基础,因而在治疗上宜采用清肺胃热的方法。虽然引起痤疮的原发因素不同,但仍然需遵循标本缓急治则,对于肺热偏盛者,采用本法为治本之法,而对于肺经热盛为标,肝郁血热、气血亏虚、冲任不调或肝郁脾虚为本等所致者,宜采用标本同治的方法。待标病缓解,可转向以治本为主。临床上常用枇杷清肺饮随证或随症加减。更多还原
