【摘要】 目的探索新的以人为本的产科服务模式,改善医患关系,优化妊娠结局。方法取2000年1月至12月的产前门诊1 200名孕妇为实验组,选择一对一孕期全程服务,取1999年1月至12月产前门诊1000名孕妇为对照组,常规检查,将两组孕妇分娩结局进行统计学比较。结果两组的产检率、高危管理率,围产儿死亡率、患者投诉及患者满意度经卡方检验,均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕期全程服务模式能改善妊娠结局。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore a new obstetrical service pattern to improve relationship between doctors and patients and set fine childbirth outcome.Methods 1200 cases pregnancy women from January to December in 2000 were chosed into caring group,It were carried on with a new one to one whole-process service;1000 pregnancy women from January to December in 1999 into control group.Childbirth outcome was compared between two groups.Results The rates of parturition examination,childbirth outcome、perinatal death、and clinic complaint、paitient satisfaction had been significantly difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The new pattern has a signficant clinical effect to improve relationship between doctors and patients.It can lower the perinatal death rate and set fine pregnancy outcome.更多还原
