【摘要】 目的检测高危型HPV16/18感染的宫颈病变即宫颈上皮内瘤样病变CIN I~CIN III和宫颈癌患者中Th1和Th2细胞的细胞因子表达情况。方法应用原位杂交法检测患者宫颈病变中的细胞因子表达。结果细胞因子IL-10在高危型HPV阳性的CIN III和宫颈癌中与对照组及CIN I、CIN II相比阳性率明显升高,有上升趋势,而细胞因子IFN-γ为下降趋势,二者均有统计学意义。结论对于感染了高危型HPV的CIN III和宫颈癌的病人表现出Th1向Th2偏移,这可能是HPV病毒诱使癌前病变局部免疫逃逸最终发展为癌的原因之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of Th1 and Th2 type cytokines in the HR-HPV positive women with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CINI～III) and cervical carcinoma. Methods The expression of Th1 and Th2 type cytokines was tested by in situ hybridization. Results The positive rate of interleukin 10 in patients with CIN III and carcinoma was significantly higher than that in controls and CIN I～II,but the positive rate of interferon was lower. Conclusion HR-HPV positive patients with CIN III and carcinoma show that Th1 shifts to Th2.It may be one of reasons why human papilloma virus may induce to transfer from precancerous disease to carcinoma by immune escape.更多还原
