干旱及种内竞争胁迫对树体电指标影响的研究

【摘要】 研究结果表明,对毛白杨扦插苗干旱胁迫第3天,各处理出现超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性下降,丙二醛(MDA)和可溶性糖含量增加;树体干部阻抗升高、树体干部电容减小的变化;对照处理则在第9天出现类似变化。在种内竞争胁迫15 d后,毛白杨扦插苗高密度栽培处理的地径、苗高、树体干部电容和单位电容等指标均显著小于低密度栽培处理,而树体干部阻抗则显著高于低密度栽培处理。本研究为应用树体干部电容、树体干部阻抗和单位电容无损探测量化评价树木在干旱及种内竞争胁迫下的受害程度提供参考。

【Abstract】 The results showed that the trends of decrease of activity of SOD and increase of content of MDA and soluble sugar of all the treatments were observed from the third day after the cuttings of Populus tomentosa to be applied with drought stress.The trends of decrease of tree stem capacitance and increase of tree stem impedance were showed on slight and severe drought treatments from the third day after applied drought stress,while the similar changes were observed on the control from the ninth day.Under intraspecific competition,the stem diameter,height,tree stem capacitance and unit capacitance of high density treatment were significantly lower than that of low density treatment,while the tree stem impedance was significantly higher than that of low density treatment.The research of tree stem capacitance and impedance and unit capacitance would provide a theoretical basis for the quantitative assessment of the degree of damage caused by environmental stresses.
