【Abstract】 In this paper,the effcets of phytohormones and sucrose on the vitrification in tissue culture were studied.The results showed that the number of vitrified shoots of Broussonetia papyrifera increased as the concentration of 6-BA increased.The number also showed a tendency of increase in too low or too high concentration of sucrose.更多还原
