【Abstract】 To establish a simple and accurate method for delecting resin aromatic matter in virgin forests, resin aromatic matters in virgin forests was enriched by Tenax-TA,injected by thermal desorption separated with capillary chromatographic column,determined by GC-FID. Results showed that adsorption rate solid phase is more than 90%,the recovery rate is 90.1%～100.9%,RSD is 5.1%～7.7%,the lowest detected limit is 0.21～0.03 mg·m -3 .
