【Abstract】 According to international carbon fund operational model and combined with the existed forestry development reality, the background, goal, development plan, business design, enterprise benefit and corresponding policy for the China Green Carbon Fund are put forward, in order to exert forestry unique function in dealing with climate change and provide a good channel for society entities to participate in climate adaptation and mitigation action through afforestation activities and promote the development process of valuation of forest ecological benefit.更多还原
