【摘要】 介绍了木材能源发展利用概况及其经济价值,分别对发展中国家和发达国家影响木材能源生产与消费的经济、技术因素进行分析,并阐述了各国发展木材能源产业的政策目标和目的。建议:在国际和国内层面上林业政策与能源政策要相辅相成,政府应给予木材能源补贴;加大对于木材能源可能产生的负面影响的关注;努力提高木材能源生产效率等。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper first has overviewed the timber energy development and its economic worth, then it analyzes the influence of the economic, technological factor of timber energy production and consumption to the developing countries and the developed ones separately, and has explained policy goals and objectives that various countries develop timber energy industry. Have proposed the forestry and energy policy should complement each other on the international and domestic aspect, the government should offer the forest energy compansision, strengthen the concern on negative effect to that the timber energy institute may produce, make great efforts to improve timber energy production efficiency,etc.更多还原
