【Abstract】 On the basis of a great deal of data,this paper discusses extraction,sublimation and analysis on free amino acids in plants,and includes the methods of extracting and sublimating free amino acids from dried and fresh sample.The analysis methods of amino acids include plate chromatography,amino acid automatic analyzer,gas chromatography,reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography,HPAEC-IPAD.With these methods,the advantage and disadvantage of these analysis methods are analyzed.更多还原
