【摘要】 目的:比较组织间插植与环磷酰胺+顺铂(cyclophosphamide cisplatin,CP)方案诱导化疗治疗肿瘤直径≥4cm的ⅢA期菜花型宫颈癌的疗效。方法:63例经病理诊断的大菜花型ⅢA期宫颈癌患者分为放疗前组织间插植组及放疗前CP诱导化疗组,比较两组完全缓解(CR)、局部缓解(PR)及1年生存率。结果:组织间插植组32例中达到CR者18例(占56.2%),达到PR者12例(占37.5%),生存时间≥1年者29例(占90.6%),死亡3例;放疗前诱导化疗组31例中达到CR者9例(占29.0%),达到PR者4例(占12.9%),其余消退不足50%,生存时间≥1年者19例(占61.3%),死亡12例。放疗前组织插植组CR、PR及1年生存率均显著高于放疗前CP诱导化疗组(P<0.05)。结论:大菜花型局部晚期宫颈癌患者组织间插植的局部控制效果优于CP诱导化疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the intrahistoimplantated radiotherapeutic effect with the effect of CP neoadjuvant chemotherapy on ⅢA bulky exophytic cervical cancer.Methods:Sixty-three patients of ⅢA bulky exophytic cervical cancer with diameter 4~7cm(mean 5.5cm) were divided into two groups,treated with intrahistoimplantated therapy before radiotherapy and CP neoadjuvant chemotherapy before radiotherapy,respectively.Results:The complete resolution rates(CR) of intradiotherapy and CP neoadjuvant chemotherapy groups were 56.2% and 29.0%,respectively.While the partial resolution ratesn(PR) of them 37.5% and 12.9%,respectively.The rates of survival over one year were 90.6% and 61.3%,respectively.All of the data are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of intrahistoimplantated radiotherapy is better than that of CP neoadjuvant chemotherapy on ⅢA bulky exophytic cervical cancer.更多还原
