【摘要】 近年来,宁夏中部干旱带人畜饮水不安全问题日益突出,为尽快解决宁夏中部干旱带的饮水安全问题,宁夏完成了《宁夏中部干旱带农村饮水现状调查评估》报告,通过参加宁夏中部干旱带农村饮水现状评估,调查中部干旱带农村供水基本情况,了解到农村饮水安全面临的主要问题及分布区域,提出中部干旱带农村饮水安全问题工程规划的主要思路,阐述了从组织领导、水源水质管理、资金筹措、项目管理和建后管理等方面采取的保障措施.通过中部干旱带农村饮水工程规划、设计、施工、管理等的科学化和民主化,改善中部干旱带农村饮用水条件,实现饮水安全目标,进一步提高中部干旱带农村饮用水质量.更多还原

【Abstract】 In the recent years,the problems of rural drinking safety for people and animals in the arid area of central Ningxia have become increasingly protruding.In order to solve the problems of drinking safety as soon as possible,An Investigation and Evaluation Report on the Current Situation of the Rural Drinking Water in the Arid Area of central Ningxia was fulfilled.The author participated in the investigation and evaluation work.The basic situation of the rural water supply in the arid area of central Ningxia was investigated and main problems of rural drinking safety and the distributing regions were found out.The suggestions about the project plan for rural drinking safety in the arid area of central Ningxia were proposed.The ensuring measures for rural drinking safety were elaborated from the organization of leadership,the management of water sources and qualities,the fund raising,the project management and the management after the project completion.Through the scientific and democratic plan,design,construction and management,the rural drinking conditions in the arid area will be improved to realize the goal of drinking safety and further increase the rural drinking quality.更多还原
