【摘要】 协调合作有利于实现供应链上节点企业之间的共赢。本文针对由制造商、第三方物流提供者、第三方物流分包商组成的供应体系结构,提出了参与各方在信息对称情况下的合作和激励约束机制,在此基础上建立了基于数量折扣的收益分享模型,通过与市场规制模型的比较分析可以看出,基于数量折扣的合作模型可以达到Pareto最优,使得渠道总利润最大化,实现参与各方的共赢。最后通过算例对模型进行了比较分析,验证了激励机制设置的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Collaborative cooperation will help enterprises in the chain to achieve the win-win purpose.This paper considers the problem of collaorative coordination mechanism in a supply system consisting of manafacturer,third party logistics supplier and subcontracter,by modeling,we can find that cooperation can not only cause the entirely optimal profit of supply system,but also form the win-win situation.Compared with the initial model,it is demonstrated that Pareto efficiency can be attained in the quantity discount and coordination model,the scenarios are illustrated through a numerical example.更多还原
