【Abstract】 Along with the plan and construction of some logistics areas in cities and provinces, the regional logistics information platforms play a very important role in planning and constructing the content of regional logistics information system. Meanwhile, identification of the function of the regional logistics information platforms are the vital foundation to study its structure. This thesis lies in the planning of regional logistics information platforms, the thesis defines the basic principle of constructing the regional logistics information platforms and constructs the sub-system of regional logistics information platforms as well as the design of function and contents.
