硬硅钙石-SiO2气凝胶复合纳米孔超级绝热材料在钢结构防火中的应用探讨
Inquire into applcation of xonotlite-SiO2 aerogel compounded nanoporous super thermal insulation material in fire protection of steel structures
【摘要】 将具有中空结构的硬硅钙石二次粒子和具有纳米孔结构的SiO2气凝胶用真空复合技术将其制备成具有良好绝热性能的绝热材料。用此材料包覆钢构件的防火保护方法具有防火涂料无法比拟的优点,是一种理想的钢结构耐火保护方式。介绍了该防火板的生产工艺、防火原理及施工方法,探讨了这种防护方法的特点及推广前景。
【Abstract】 The super thermal insulating materials can be prepared by using xonotlite with hollow structure and SiO2 aerogel with nanometer pores structure through vacuum compounded method.This fire protection method by using the material to envelope steel members has an unparalleled advantage over the fireproof paint and is a kind of ideal fireproof protection of steel structures.This paper introduces the technique of producing fire dampers,fireproof principles and job practices,explores the characteristics of the protection method and the prospect of popularization.
