肝细胞癌中Ezrin、Moesin表达的临床病理学意义

【摘要】 目的探讨肝细胞癌中Ezrin、Moesin的表达及其与肝细胞癌分化程度、恶性程度及侵袭的关系。方法根据Edmond-son分级对肝细胞癌组织分级,采用免疫组化的方法检测了23例肝细胞癌组织、癌旁组织和正常肝组织中Ezrin、Moesin的表达。结果①Ezrin、Moesin在肝细胞癌组织、癌旁组织和正常肝组织中均有表达。②Ezrin在肝细胞癌组织中表达显著高于癌旁组织和正常肝组织(P<0.001),肝细胞癌组织中高侵袭组表达显著高于低侵袭组(P=0.023),并与Edmondson分级(P=0.004)显著相关。③Moesin在肝细胞癌组织中的表达显著高于正常肝组织(P=0.003),肝细胞癌组织中高侵袭组与低侵袭组的表达差异无显著性(P=0.448),而与Edmondson分级(P=0.008)显著相关。结论Ezrin在肝细胞癌组织中表达增加与Edmondson分级和侵袭性相关;Moesin在肝细胞癌组织中表达增加与Edmondson分级相关,而与侵袭性无关。

【Abstract】 Purpose To investigate the relationship between the expression of ezrin,moesin and the differentiation,malignancy and invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Methods According to the standards of Edmondson′s grade of HCC, the expression of ezrin and moesin was detected in 23 cases of HCC, and para-cancerous tissues, and normal tissues by an immunohistochemical method.Results Ezrin and eoesin expressed in HCC, para-cancerous and normal tissues, respectively. Compared with the para-cancerous and normal tissues, the expression of ezrin was obviously higher in HCC(P<0.001). In HCC groups, the expression of ezrin was distinctively higher in the high invasive group than low invasive group (P=0.023),and it was correlated with the Edmondson grade(P=0.004). Compared with the normal tissue, the expression of moesin was obviously higher in the cancer(P=0.003, and no difference between the high invasive group and low invasive group(P=0.448), but the expression of moesin was correlated with the Edmondson grade (P=0.008).Conclusions The over expression of ezrin is correlated with the Edmondson grade and invasion, and that of moesin is also correlated with the Edmondson grade but not with tumor invasion.
