低速磁浮列车迫导向机构的研究

【摘要】 指出影响低速磁浮列车曲线通过性能的因素是多方面的,而迫导向机构在曲线通过中起着非常重要的作用。介绍了迫导向机构的结构形式及其与外部的连接关系,通过分析得出迫导向机构可以把横向力平均地分配到各个模块的悬挂系统上,使所有的模块受力状态相同,从而使得各个模块沿着曲线达到最合理分布。同时,通过计算分析了曲线通过时迫导向机构对电磁铁横向偏移量的影响,得出当磁浮列车通过曲线时若存在较大的未平衡离心力,迫导向机构能明显地减少悬浮电磁铁的横向偏移量的结论。

【Abstract】 There are many influencing factors on curve negotiation performance of low-speed maglev train.Forced steering mechanism plays an important role in the curve negotiation.This paper introduces the structure of forced steering mechanism and its external connection relation.By making analysis,it is obtained that the forced steering mechanism can averagely distribute horizon force to the suspension system of each module,so that all modules have the same strength state,which makes each module reach the most reasonable distribution in the curve.The influence of forced steering mechanism on the horizontal offset of the magnet is analyzed in the paper,and it is put forward that the forced steering mechanism can reduce the offset obviously when the maglev train passes the curve under greater unbalanced centrifugal force.
