【Abstract】 In combination with wireless communication and computer network, the wireless local area network (WLAN) can realize a wireless communication in local area. The security is an important issue for WLAN, and we focus on security in the wireless access authentication process. firstly, some weakness on the traditional authentication method are analyzed, and then a new access authentication mechanism is proposed to improve the security. The general framework on 802.1x authentication and a new security architecture (Robust Security Network) are introduced. This authentication system can avoid the primary attacks on WLAN, therefore it can be widely used for the WLAN.更多还原
