【摘要】 通过武钢二炼钢厂KR搅拌器破损状况与在线修补的现场调研,分析了影响搅拌器修补使用效果的主要原因,提出了修补料合适的性能要求。通过修补料的原材料选择分析、试验研究和工业性试验,取得了单次修补使用寿命延长1倍的优良效果,达到了延长搅拌器使用寿命和降低在线维护量的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The main reasons influencing the applying effects of mending materials for KR stirrer were analyzed and the appropriate performances of mending materials were put forward via local examination at No.2 Steel Factory of WISCO.The works about raw and processed materials choosing,experimental studying and industrial testing were finished.The excellent effect to prolong life during single mending in industrial test was gained,and the finally aim to prolong life of stirrer and reduce the maintaining workload online were achieved.更多还原
