【摘要】 目的:研究木贼正丁醇提取物及提取剩余物对大鼠动脉粥样硬化早期主动脉平滑肌细胞增殖、凋亡及突变型P53表达的影响。方法:选用雄性SD大鼠,复制食饵性动脉粥样硬化早期模型,用木贼提取物、提取剩余物分别预防性给药,以吉非罗齐为阳性药对照。实验9周,流式细胞术定量检测主动脉平滑肌细胞增殖指数、凋亡率及突变型P53的表达。结果:木贼正丁醇提取物及提取剩余物预防性给药可降低平滑肌增殖指数,减少突变型P53表达,升高其凋亡率。结论:两种木贼提取物均可降低突变型P53表达,促进AS早期平滑肌凋亡,抑制其增殖,具有阻断AS早期病变进展的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of two kinds of Equisetum extract on the proliferation,apoptosis and the expression of mutant P53 in smooth muscle cells in early Atherosclerotic rats.Methods:Atherosclerotic model was developed by feeding the rats with high-cholesterol-fat diet for nine weeks and Equisetum extract and the rest of the extract were administrated to the rats at the same time.The proliferation index,the rate of apoptosis and the expression of mutant P53 were detected by the way of flow cytometry.Results:The proliferation index of smooth muscle cells in the two Equisetum extract group were lower than model group but the rate of apoptosis were higher,the expression of mutant P53 were lower than model group too.Conclusion:Two kinds of Equisetum extract can regulate the expression of mutant P53 to decrease the proliferation and increase the apoptosis of smooth muscle cells to prevent the occurrence of early atherosclerosis.更多还原
