【摘要】 目的:探讨抑郁症中医辨证分型与10种血清微量元素之间的相关性。方法:随机选取的60例抑郁症患者和40例健康者,抑郁症分为痰热型、瘀血型、虚热型、寒湿型4型分别与健康者的10种血清微量元素对照。结果:4型中的碘元素含量均较正常人偏低,痰热型铁、锂含量升高、锌含量降低;瘀血型锌含量降低;虚热型锂、镍含量升高;寒湿型铜、镍升高,锌、锰含量降低。结论:证型不同,10种血清微量元素的结果不同,为中医郁病的辨证论治提供客观化依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore depression Traditional Chinese Medicine dialectical is divided and between ten kinds of blood serum traces element relevance.Method:Stochastic selection 60 example depression patients and 40 example health people comparison,divides the depression patient into the phlegm heat card,ecchymosed,deficiency heat card,cold dampness card.Four cards separately with the health ten kinds of blood serum trace element contrast.Results:Iodine element is somewhat low in all four cards compared with the normal pepole.Phlegm heat,iron and the lithium ascension,the zinc reduces.Zinc reduces in the ecchymosis.Deficiency heat,lithium and nickel ascension;Cold dampness lithium,copper and nickel ascension,zinc and the manganese reduce.Conclusion:The card is different ten kinds of blood serunm trace element result is different that provides the objectification basis for the Traditional Chinese Medicine Yu disease diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
